Many of our partners enter bags as a new category after building apparel or accessories with us. We help structure that transition by planning capsule collections, in-season ranges, and activity-specific assortments. From carryover programs to seasonal launches, we support BOM strategy, cost modeling, material planning, and tariff exposure. Our approach balances performance goals with commercial targets, setting up each range for long-term success.

We help create bags that serve purpose – from outdoor packs to urban totes. Our design team brings firsthand experience in ultralight hiking, running, and cycling, along with category expertise in roller bags, hardshell luggage, and travel. We focus on construction, ergonomics, foam and frame solutions, fabric pairing, and custom trims – blending function, durability, and brand storytelling in every design.

We manage tech packs, sample rounds, component sourcing, lab testing, and factory coordination. Our experience spans RF welding, TPU lamination, waterproof zippers, and advanced foam shaping. We ensure design intent is carried through to production readiness.

We produce bags across Indonesia, China, Vietnam, and Cambodia, selecting factories based on product type, complexity, and volume. Our network covers everything from lightweight daypacks to structured luggage and welded constructions. As part of our support, we can offer raw material planning, inline QC, load testing, and final inspections – helping brands ensure consistency, durability, and production confidence at every stage.
